The Interlude Season Start Date, Rank Resets, and End-of-Season Rewards
To kick off the Interlude Season, Season 10 of the GO Battle League will be extended until Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT –8). Following this, the Interlude Season will commence and last until Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT –8). During this period, trainers can expect a reset of their GO Battle League rank, end-of-season rewards, and no visible ratings. The rank-up requirements will remain the same as in Season 10, making it a fair playing field for all participants.

Interlude Season GO Battle Days
As part of the Interlude Season, trainers can look forward to special GO Battle Days where specific Pokemon will take the spotlight. One such event is the GO Battle Day: Seel, taking place on Saturday, March 5, 2022. During this day, trainers will have an increased number of battles, allowing them to play up to 20 sets of battles, totaling 100 battles, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time.
Bonuses
To add extra excitement to the GO Battle Day: Seel event, Niantic is offering bonuses. From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time, the first win reward from the Basic track in each set will be a reward encounter. Additionally, all win rewards from the Premium track will also be reward encounters, ensuring trainers have a greater chance of encountering desirable Pokemon. One thrilling aspect of this event is the guaranteed appearance of Seel as a reward encounter.
Dewgong
During the GO Battle Day: Seel event, trainers can evolve their captured Seel to acquire a powerful Dewgong with exclusive moves. Evolving Seel will grant Dewgong the Fast Attack “Ice Shard” and the Charged Attack “Icy Wind.” This opportunity to obtain a Dewgong with unique moves adds a strategic element to battles and allows trainers to bolster their team with formidable Pokemon.
End-of-Set Avatar Rewards
