Full health :
Pause the game. Hold L2 and press Circle, Circle, Circle, Square, Square, R2, R1, Up, Circle, Square. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

Level skip :
Pause the game. Hold L1 and press Circle, Left, Circle, Right, Circle, Square, Left, Left, Right, R2. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

All FMV sequences :
At the main menu, hold L1. Press Left, Right, Left, Down, Up, Down, R1, Circle, R2, Square. The "Movies" selection will be unlocked at the options screen. Note: This also unlocks the "Extras" option.
